Grand Welcome Tampa,FL is owned and operated by Lucie Tighe. Originally from the Czech Republic, Lucie spent her formative years traveling in Europe and ultimately earning a degree in Management while studying in England. After roaming the skies for years with United Airlines and traveling extensively, Lucie and her husband transitioned to RV life in 2020 and fell deeply in love with the Tampa area.

After spending years in hospitality, with extensive experience in customer service and management, Lucie decided to take her strong organizational skills and attention to detail and put it to work in property management. Lucie is dedicated to raising the bar and exceeding the expectations of homeowners and guests in Tampa.

When Lucie is not running Grand Welcome operations, she dedicates her time to her husband, her pup, training for marathons, and exploring her love for nature. The never-ending list of outdoor activities keeps Lucie’s heart full of passion and excitement.
